The Alcatel-Lucent Global Product Compliance Laboratory (GPCL) has the expertise and test facilities to evaluate products to the appropriate national and international product safety standards. The GPCL can assist clients in the successful, expedient introduction of products to the market place. The test facilities accommodate a diverse range of products, and our staff has access to the latest regulatory information.

In addition to satisfying the appropriate regulatory standards, products should be designed to resist claims of legal liability, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce problems encountered by service personnel. Acceptance in the market is enhanced and costs are reduced when quality claims or product recalls are minimized. Liability issues and difficulties with the disposal of the product at the end of its useful life are also minimized or eliminated.
